An Aboriginal Australian Folktale Animation

For this project, I had to create and animate a character to tell the story of Tiddalik the Frog, an Australian Aboriginal folk tale. My objective here was to create a visually appealing way to tell this folk tale to children as well as adults. To create the character design and background, I used Adobe Photoshop and then Character Animator to bring the Snake alive. My inspiration came from multiple characters from both Disney as well as Dreamworks. This project received a ton of positive feedback from both faculty and students
